The cost per student is $299. This covers two-day event tickets, transportation, lodging, breakfast, and lunch on Friday and Sunday. (Extra meals on Friday and Saturday are the responsibility of the students).

PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED MANUALLY BY EVENT COORDINATOR. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. Payments received Thursday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Rate is subject to change based on hotel room availability.

All cancellations and refund requests for Rock the Universe must be submitted in writing via email to event personnel. A $99 administrative processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. There will be NO REFUNDS for withdrawals made within thirty (30) business days prior to the event, regardless of the reason. The deadline for cancellation is Friday, December 13th, 2024. No-Shows - Registered students who do not attend Rock the Universe and have not canceled will not receive a refund.
