DESCRIPTION:Experience Calvary’s Marriage Retreat from September 11th to 13th \nat the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort in Naples\, Florida. \n  \nGUEST SPEAKERS FOR 2026\nWe’re excited to welcome two incredible couples\, Pastor Fidel and Theresa Gomez\, along with our very own Senior Pastor Dr. Bob and Carey Franquiz\, who will share authentic insight\, biblical wisdom\, and practical tools to help marriages grow stronger. \nPastor Fidel & Theresa Gomez – Pastor Fidel Gomez has faithfully served in ministry for more than 40 years\, dedicating his life to teaching God’s Word\, strengthening marriages\, and building the Church. Pastor Fidel moved to Las Vegas as a child\, later met his wife\, Theresa\, and married in October of 1973. In 1978\, Pastor Fidel and Theresa gave their lives to Christ\, beginning a journey of restoration\, faith\, and ministry together that has impacted countless lives and marriages. In 1985\, Pastor Fidel answered God’s call\, along with Theresa and children\, to help plant Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. Over the years Pastor Fidel has spoken at marriage seminars\, men’s events\, leadership\, as well as pastors conferences. Known for his humility\, authenticity\, and passion for encouraging others\, Pastor Fidel continues to share the hope\, healing\, and transforming power of Jesus Christ through both his testimony and ministry. \nSenior Pastor Dr. Bob & Carey Franquiz – Bob and Carey Franquiz are the founders of Calvary Fellowship in Miramar\, Florida. Bob and Carey started Calvary in September of 2000 with 5 people in a living room. In 2015 and 2016\, Calvary was named one of the fastest growing churches in America.  They have been married for 29 years and together they have three children\, Mia\, Xander\, and Olivia.  Dr. Bob is author of 7 books\, including\, Pull: Making Your Church Magnetic and Begin: First Steps for the Journey of Faith. He holds a Ph.D in Bible Exposition from Liberty University\, and a Master’s degree in Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. \nThis will be a weekend for investing in your marriage\, fun\, and romance. Then the retreat registration will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Tiburon Ballroom. After you have checked in feel free to explore the hotel\, or grab a bite to eat before the first session begins.\nWhat is the schedule?\n\nThe Marriage Retreat begins Friday\, September 11th at 7:00 p.m. and ends Sunday\, September 13th at 11:30 a.m.\nCheck out time on Sunday is at 11 a.m.\n\nWho are the speakers? This year we will feature several guest speakers along with Dr. Bob & Carey Franquiz.  The full speaker lineup is being finalized and will be announced soon.\nAre meals included?\n\nMeals are NOT included. \n\nIs parking included?\n\nThe Ritz Carlton Golf Resort is now a valet-only hotel. Overnight valet parking discounted at $10.00 per day/vehicle. (Regular valet fee $40.00 per night).\n\nWhat amenities are included?\n\nThe resort fee is covered with your event registration.\nIn-room WIFI is included.\nUse of the shuttle between Ritz Carlton Golf Resort & Ritz Carlton Beach Resort.\nUse of the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort pool\, beach and common areas.\n\nWhat amenities are NOT included?\n\nMeals.\nValet Parking.\nKing size bed accommodations are not guaranteed and are based on hotel availability. The hotel will assess an upgrade fee based on room location and view.\nSpa treatments. There is a group 10% discount on the Ritz-Carlton Signature Facial or Massage.\n\nIs childcare an option?\n\nCouples are strongly encouraged to leave children at home in the trusted care of others. However\, if there are no other options\, Calvary Fellowship provides babysitting during the main sessions and the date night for $85.00 per child. \n\nWhat should I pack? Here is list of things you should plan on bringing to the Marriage Retreat:\n\n\n\nBible\nSwim Suit (thongs are for your feet)\nModest Beach Wear\nSun Block\nSun Glasses\nA Hat (If you want to protect you head from the sun)\nSweater\nCasual Attire for Sessions\nSemi-formal Attire (For your Saturday Date Night)\n\n\n\nCancellation and Refund Policy\nAll cancellations and requests for refunds for an event must be submitted in writing via email to event personnel. All cancellations will be assessed a $100 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals made within thirty (30) business days prior to the event. Last day to cancel will be Friday\, July 31\, 2026. \nIf Calvary Fellowship should need to cancel an event\, participants will be issued a refund less an administrative processing fee of 20%. In the event of such cancellation\, Calvary Fellowship will issue refunds within two (2) weeks of cancellation date to all participants registered. \nTransfer of Delegates – A person may change or replace a registered delegate by submitting the request in writing via email to event personnel. The request needs to state the name of the delegate being replaced and the name\, address\, phone number\, and email of the new delegate. \nNo-Shows – Registered delegates who do not attend event and have not cancelled will not be refunded.
