If you arrive early, please wait until your child(ren) have finished the night before you pick them up from their class.

Parents are welcome to join the VBS experience as a Kids Camp Volunteer.

We will ask that you go through a background check in order to ensure a safe and safe environment for all children.

What if I lose my pick-up tag?

You will be asked to go to a specified location and asked to show a photo ID at that location that matches the information of the child

Please be patient with our team, with so many kids we want to make sure each child is safe and leaves with the proper adult.

Security will increase due to parents leaving campus after dropping off their children; this is different than our normal Sunday routine; please understand our situation if we take extra steps to ensure the safety of the kids in our program.

What if someone different than myself is picking up my child?

We understand that during events such as VBS that multiple people may be handling the transportation of the children to and from VBS.

The pick-up tag has a date and code that makes it viable and the randomness of the codes each day helps ensure the security for the children.

You may transfer the sticker to another adult who may be picking the child up
we will also accept a photo of the pick-up tag, so you may text the photo to another adult.

We will not accept a phone call of permission.
